Loved the unique design of the lobby, restaurant, and room. The maritime theme blended with Chelsea modern was fun. WiFi everywhere, fantastic Italian/Sicilian food. Delicious yet affordable. Very personable staff.

Excellent hotel with its friendly staff, air conditioning, and cozy bar area. I'll never forget how the staff helped my elderly parents during our first visit. I highly recommend enjoying a glass of wine by the fireplace. I'm coming back soon!

The customer service was excellentt, everyone was very kind and always greeted even when we came back late in the night. I loved the complimentary toiletry items and fashion/"what's happening now" magazines. The whole look and feel of a nautical hotel seemed close to a modern luxury yacht in the middle of Chelsea. Our view was on the 7th floor, so we had pretty good views and the large nautical window felt like the room was even larger. Though I shared beds with my girl friend, the hotel would be perfect and romantic with a significant other as well ;) I loved the bathrooms!! The shower was just a delight. This place is located just a bit away from all the expensive and busy hotels around times square, it was nice to stay at a place where NY offers little gems of local stores and restaurants. The 24Hr parking is directly in front of the hotel entrance which is a big plus!
The TV was a bit small for the room but its ok since that'll make us want to venture out anyways. Living in an urban environment most of my life, the sounds of taxis and cars honking at each other, sirens, and the busy city in general didn't bother me. Though the window is meant to block out a huge majority of the sound, we were also fortunate to be on the upper floors. The entrance to the hotel is first greeted with stairs. Though you do receive assistance with your luggage, it would be nice to not have to not go through a flight of stairs upon entering.

Friendly staff created a cute experience, with easy access to local attractions. Just a few more breakfast options would enhance the experience.

The staff are very welcoming and happy to assist in any way. Very happy to allow me to extend my check out on final day to 2 pm without any additional charge Room very clean and well appointed Extensive mini bar offerings The location is fantastic. I have always stayed mid town during previous trips to NY and found the Meatpacking district and easy access to the highline fantastic Great restaurants and shopping within an easy walk

Really good service in a cozy atmosphere
The staff were excellent, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist. My room wasnice and neat, complete with a cozy atmosphere, and the complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of pastries and fresh fruit. I did wish for more variety in the breakfast options, though.

Everything. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I was able to check in early the day of my arrival. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom had excellent shower.
The lobby and floor rooms were dark. But the windows in the rooms were very bright.

The room was cozy and well-organized, with a comfortable bed, made it easy to rest after a long day. I loved the unique nautical decor throughout the hotel. It created a charming atmosphere. The location couldn't have been better-just steps away from Chelsea Market and the High Line. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee while lounging in the inviting lobby, a perfect spot for unwinding. One downside was the limited breakfast options. I would've appreciated more variety. Accessing the lobby from the street involves climbing a significant number of stairs, which could be a hassle, particularly with luggage. Despite these issues, the overall experience was pleasant and I'd consider returning.
